Birthday Card

Long time no see!
I have been very busy and have no time to updating my blog, but of course I've been making cards & enjoy stamping:)

ご無沙汰しています！ここ数週間、なんだか非常に忙しく更新ができずにいました。スタンプをする時間もあまりとれませんでしたが「それなりに」（笑）スタンプは楽しんでいました。

February 25th was my daughter's 6th Birthday...but unfortunately, she got a high fever(over 104F) on the day(yes, she got bad flu). How pity!
I made this cupcake card for her birthday:)
She liked it very much, so I felt happy!

2/25は娘の６歳の誕生日だったのでこちらのカードをプレゼントと共に送りました：）当日はインフルエンザで４０度越え！という大変な日でしたがとても喜んでくれました（可哀相でしたが。。。！！）☆

I stamped image on colored papers and used liquid pearls for decorating.
"6" was stamped with red acrylic paint and put crystal colored stickles.
カップケーキは色のついた紙（Basic Greyの無地．．．私はこれが大好きです！）にスタンプし、ピンクのリキッドパールと☆のアクセントで飾りました。６はフォームスタンプを赤のアクリル絵の具で。最後にクリスタルのsticklesで飾りました：）

Color Your Week-IRO色展：2nd week!

Hi:)
I made this for 2nd week of "Color Your Week project" hosted by RBR.
I want to show my passion for Art this time...so I chose red color:)

今週の月曜日、２週目のIRO色展の作品を無事投函し終えました★
少々悩みつつも先週同様、おおざっぱなプランを頭で一応描いたら
後はひたすら「勢いまかせ！」で仕上げてしまいました。

いろいろな個人的な先週の出来事に対する思い
（娘のインフルエンザ、浅間山の噴火、「創る」ことへの情熱？！etc）
を詰め込んで。。。作ってみたらちょっとおどろおどろしい雰囲気に（汗）！！
まぁ良しとしましょう？！

Color Your Week!-IRO色展:1st week

I joined the project named "Color Your Week" hosted by RBR !
The concept of this project is -
Everyday is a journey, JOURNALING FOUR weeks of your lifes on FOUR
different postcards.

昨年末Art Marketで御世話になったRBRさん主催の"IRO-色展”に参加しています。
２月の毎週月曜日に自分の一週間を「色」で表現しポストカードに描きRBRさんに月曜日に投函するというなんだかワクワクするイベントです。

This is a sneak-peak of my 1st Monday's postcard.
こちらが初めてのポストカードのsneak peakです。

Last week, I joined my friend Yui's workshop.
I enjoyed making this wire frame
...to tell the truth, I only decorated the frame but Yui made this for us! Thanks, Yui!
...& had a fun time with lots of creative ladies there!
I affected by my friends' creativity, so I wanted to show this feelings in the postcard.

先週yuiさんのワークショップ@RBRに参加しました♪
不器用な私でもyuiさんの香りの漂う？！素敵なワイヤーフレームが完成させることができ（まだ未完成ですが。。。そしてフレームを組み立ててくださったのはyuiさんで私はただただ飾っただけですが！！）
本当に楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました：）

先週はyuiさんをはじめ、会場であった沢山の皆さんやお友達に刺激され、「今年はもっとたくさんいろいろなことにチャレンジしてみよう！」と思ったのでその気持ちを表現したつもりです。

New Gnome Boy & Girl!

I made 2 cards using new gnome stamps from Odd Bird Planet!

OBPの新しいgnomeスタンプを使ってカードをつくりました☆

 These skating gnomes look so Fun!

Patterned paper I used is Flair Designs's "Festive Forrest".

 I sprayed glimmer mist(patina) on white card and then

I embossed it with cuttlebug.

スケートを気持ち良さそうに滑るgnomeたち、可愛いですね♪

背景にはFlair DesignsのPPを利用しました。

またカードは最初にglimmer mistをスプレーし、

表紙だけをcuttlebugでエンボスしました。

最近はcuttlbugのエンボスに夢中です！
